Avoid, other dealer ships are much better. poor processes. Management is not professional and sales people are not cooperative.

My experience wasn't good. I called about a new Prior year motorcycle that I saw online. The person who answered said that they had a new model of the same bike, but even another year Prior (so 2 years prior) for $300 less than the one online. I get there about 3 hours later (45min drive) and talked to a salesperson who was different than the one that answered there phone earlier. He leads me to the motorcycle I referred to, and VERIFIES that it's the same price quoted to me over the phone. Well, I get right to the financing, and after a little, the salesperson tells me that the EXACT one we've been looking at, that he VERIFIED was a certain price, is no longer that price quoted, but $800 more because of the accessories on it. I asked them to remove the accessories (windshield, passenger back rest & crash bars). The guy refuses, so I pass on it. Really? you can't undo a few bolts, I could've removed them myself, but I wouldn't get the cost back trying to resell them. At the biggest Honda motorcycle dealership in DFW, they can't put those accessories on another motorcycle of the same model? Please, basically a Bate & Switch! Everyone is going to call me cheap, but I went to 3 other dealerships w/ better ethics, and they worked w/ me instead of tricking me.

I have purchased a CBR1000RR and a CRF110F from these guys and had a great experience on both transactions. Something you may not know but they have a huge selection of helmets and jackets and they carry a wide assortment of parts and aftermarket items. Would recommend you give them a try first if your looking for anything power sports related.

They advertised a very good price (on numerous websites & sources) on a entry level ATV and then added another $1000 of "fees" to the price after they get you in the door. On a $3500 ATV, the fees amounted to 28%.... WOW! There are too many places to buy from. Why buy from a business that plays games like that?

I currently own 3 Honda motorcycles purchased from Al Lamb's. Would not buy or have serviced from anyone else!!

Bought another from Al Lamb’s most recently, Honda CBR and I’m grateful for the honest advice of the salesman. That closed the deal and I bought mine.

3 years and my Gold Wing still has its engine finely tuned and undeniably good performance. I will never trade this to anything unless it’s another Honda from Al Lamb’s. Sleek, and priceless.

Shadow Spirit 750 is a sick ride, and the one I bought off the pre-owned list of Al Lamb’s is amazingly clean. I recommend buying a motorcycl from Al Lamb’s Dallas Honda because their rides are the best. Warm regards to the staff.

Smoothest atv ride ever- Rancher AT which we bought from Al Lamb’s a month ago. Performs commendably on rough terrain and can carry heavy weights. Good suggestion from the staff. Looking forward to more purchases in the future
