Rip off!!! Called and the guy said he'd call me right back. Called him 2 hrs later and he said he forgot. He said he'd be out the next day at 11:00. Called him at 11:30 he said he'd be there in 30 minutes. 1-1/2 hrs later I called him and he asked if he'd missed his shot at getting my business. Told him not if he got here in the next 30 minutes. He shows up, gave estimate. They were an hour late to install carpet, said they didn't have the right color in stock and had to go get it. Really they tried to bait and switch me. An hour later, they said they didn't have enough carpet to put in all the rooms and had to go get some more carpet that was almost the same color. What kind of business is this? They sell you one thing and bring something of lesser quality to your house hoping you do not notice. Then the living room carpet buckled the next day since the installer did not have a carpet stretcher when he showed up to install it the first time. I called them and he said he'd be right out. He never showed after they got my money. He refused to take my calls for 2 days. Finally got ahold of him and he said he'd be over in an hour. Came and took pictures and said he'd send a guy right out to fix it. Never heard from him again and he never took any of my calls or returned them again. DON'T GO TO THESE GUYS they bait and switch and send illegal Mexican workers that do not speak English and do not have the proper tools to install carpet.

I got a sweet deal on new kitchen floor. My wife is very pleased and now we are thinking about redoing the living room carpet.

I bought laminate here and installed it myself. Looks great and it was very inexpensive. Also, not so hard to install.
