The first place I looked was at Dallas Dodge. After leaving and even before looking and speaking to other dealerships I knew I would be purchasing my vehicle at Dallas Dodge. I was pleasantly blown away by the way I was dealt with by Joni Peterson and Chris Rochen. After 5 minutes of dialog with these people I was sold. Extremely informative and courteous thru-out. Front to back professional and just overall making my experience very enjoyable! Owning my own business I know you can by the product at a lot of different places... but the service is what creates the relationship.

Rusty was OUTSTANDING in getting my car fixed promptly and thoroughly. The mechanic and paint shop man also did an excellent job. It almost looks like a new car after 6 years and close to 70...000 miles!!!!! Special thanks to Rusty!!!

Linda Hammond was great... kept me informed on what was going on with my Jeep every step of the way.

They did a great job. They took me home and then picked me up later to get my car. The man was very nice... friendly... courteous and timely. Always a good experience at Dallas Dodge. Bill Marshall is always on top of everything I need to keep my car current and running smoothly. He always picks up when I call or calls me back within a few minutes.

I would not recommend to anyone to go here for service on a vehicle. They are criminals, I have a commercial vehicle and I recently took my van in for a recall notice and they called me and said the check engine light was on also and it was not due to the recall. They said it was due to the glow plugs needing to be replaced. They wanted $987.00 to replace 6 glow plugs that cost about $15.00 each. My nephew is a diesel mechanic and replaced them for me for and all I had to pay for was the glow plugs. The other thing they did not tell me is that there was a charge of $108.00 for reading the diagnostic test to tell me why the check engine light was on. This is the second time I took my van in for service there and the second time they tried to gouge me with there hihg pricing. I won't even tell you what happened the first time. I even asked them what they charge for a oil change when I took it in this time and they get $149.00 and my mechanic I take it too charges me $85.00 now something is wrong with this company. If you want to overpay for servicing your vehicle the by all means take it here.
