Culinaire International is a privately held food and beverage corporation that is headquartered in Dallas. Culinaire International provides food and beverage management services to a diverse collection of accounts. It custom-tailors its services to address each facility's special needs. The company operates in hotels, medical complexes, cultural centers, entertainment complexes, universities and convention centers, as well as its own free-standing restaurants. Since its inception, Culinaire International has developed a modular corporate dining program called Fresh Choices.
