I just wrote a great review, but when I tried to pay my bill via the office (as I have been doing to save the "fee" that is charged when I use their call center for over a year) was told that I could not do that any more. So out of my busy day, I can drive there and drop my payment off, pay on line for a fee or use the call center for a fee... Another rip off... Its a good place on the site level, but the corporate greed leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth. Guess its time to start to find another place. Such a shame... Greed is rampant

Been with this location for over a year and very happy with them. Staff is wonderful and place is clean. Only issue is the BIG rate increase after the first year, but still there..

It took over 3 hours to get the unit on the first day. The 10x10 I got measured 8x8 with a very high ceiling. They consider the ceiling height as part of the deminsions. When I make payments, they have a hard time entering them in their computer accounting system. It's a mess. You might look elsewhere for storage needs!
