My dryer was fixed for less than $100 bucks! Very pleased that he diagnosed the problem over the phone, gave me an estimate of what the part cost and he came the same day. Triple win in my book. Definitely calling him again for other appliance repairs.

Charlie came out and fixed my washer the same day I called. He gave me a quote over the phone and diagnosed my machine before even coming out. He did arrive a little late but for the price quality and customer service I received, I was satisfied. I will recommend to others.

I purchased a washing machine and dryer from Charlie Sanchez at CSA appliance on 11-30-14 with a 90 day warranty. The washing stopped working on the first load and the dryer stopped working after 5 weeks. I have left several messages for Charlie, he won't return my call or come out to replace or repair the machines or refund my money as of 01-12-15. Steer clear of this company and Charlie Sanchez.
