I had some jobs done in this place previously, nothing other world her performance, pricey, but ok.

I went back, as it is a convenient location to show my wedding dress, see what options I have to close the back, it was too small unfortunately.

I tried on, we talked how much material I would need, spent there max 15 minutes, there was no one else in the shop.

She suggested to cut all the way until the end of the dress and replace 2 big pieces, was the best way to do it-she says...how much? minimum 200$.

I could not find the exact material, so after a few days I went back again, telling that I found an organza that looks quite similar what I already have in the dress, asking how much, it is now just the back and a little piece of organza...still at least 200$ and she also told me (watch this!) if I ask more questions, she will start charging me by question! (hey lady...this is not just a summer dress, this is my WEDDING DRESS!) if I spend 200$ for a small job like that, I think I can ask as many questions as I can...and there was no one either at this point there....so no one was waiting there, to explain why she needed to be so rude!

so after she told me this, I almost cried-was already quite sad that I cannot close it--, felt so bad, she was so bad educated...there was a person coming in, so I packed my stuff and left.



She has lost a returning customer and all the future job I would have brought to her! I am taller than normal, so always have lot of skirt/trousers etc. to adjust.

Never again will go back to this place, still so shocked how could she tell me that?! And I was there 5 minutes, with 3 previous questions, just normal thinks to make sure it will turn out nice, as again, this is my wedding dress!



That fake smile that she puts, oh...someone else will get my business in the future. that is for sure, so fake and so rude!
