I don't wish this experience upon anybody who is in business... This company is so difficult to work with, they give you the run around and you run straight back to where you started with no help and nothing resolved. Once you get the "right"person you may get some help but doubtful maybe like 1/5 will help you. Just please save yourself time money and frustration do not use this cc company if you want to run your business smoothly...I think if this company would be more understanding and more willing to really achieve good customer service they may not be so bad. I also feel the contract is a bit long as well.... The bottom line is i think anyone who owns a business should be ethical and try to make things right on both ends of doing business..... I just have had a very frustrating experience with crescent processing company...

This company has continued to call my place of business for the past six months. Every couple of weeks they call and every time I tell them I am not interested and to remove me from their list. Each time, they say "well, I'm not the one who called you because I have never called you before". I tell them I don't care who is calling but they are all saying they are with Crescent Processing. They promise to take me off the list, and then a couple of weeks later, they call again. The last time they called, I was very angry and the girl once again said, "I haven't ever called you". I told her I wanted OFF their list. She proceeded to tell me who they were and why she was calling. I told her I DIDN'T CARE and to quit calling. I asked for her corporate office. She said they were in Dallas. I asked for their number and she said she didn't have it. I told her, I guess you can call me constantly (illegally by the way) but you can't give me your corporate office's phone number. She said no she could not. I looked them up on yellow pages and will go to the source. I am on every DO NOT CALL list there is but it doesn't seem to matter. I would be careful doing business with them if I were you.
