I met with the chef of Creative Events of Dallas and gave her a check to do my wedding catering. She was supposed to send a contract to me in the mail. She cashed my check before she mailed the contract and before we had a signed agreement. The contract came in the mail and was incorrect on dates, prices, and said she had the right to cancel THE DAY OF THE WEDDING. I told her I was no longer in need of her catering and to please refund my money and she refused! She says that my money is non-refundable but we did not even have a signed contract. I asked if she would just take a fee from the money and return the rest and again she refused. This company is dishonest and deceptive - Beware!
