3. is disappointing and undeserving of service.



Poor Customer Service:

When they lost my dress, the manager DID NOT APOLOGIZE, or offer a refund or discount. She said that she would look for it. However, she never volunteered to follow-up with me. Instead, I always had to call her for an update in which she sometimes would reply impatiently and unapologetically that she would call me when she finishes it. No one should be treated that way especially when they are a first-time customer.



Lack of Organization and Timeliness

My first order was given to me a day late. She DID NOT CALL to inform me of its tardiness. Instead, I wasted valuable time to hear that my dry cleaning would be late. On top of that, they lost my new dress. When I came to pick up the dress, the proprietor was about to give me someone else's dress. In fact, my dress was in someone else's possession for a month.



TERRIBLE-- Do not go here!

I felt completely DISRESPECTED. They did not take my time and my loss of my expensive dress seriously. Only until I angrily called them a month after they first lost my dress about the progress did they magically find my dress that same day. When I retrieved my dress finally, there was no apology or offers of a refund. It was terrible customer service.
