Purchased car. Check engine light 3 days later. $5700 in repairs within first two weeks. $3400 not reimbursed by warranty company. $1300 more repairs in the first month. Johnny Imah (manager, owner) initially tells you he wants to help but does nothing.

DONT BUY HERE - BE WARE --- 0 STARS FROM MY VIEW

I read the other review on this site and it was all too familiari, right down to the "I'm losing money on the car".

Between my daughterr and I, we just spent $12,000 on two cars from this man. He said the same thing, told us all the work that had been done and what great shape they were in and how he really had to cut us some "special deals" that he didn't have to do, such as putting one on hold with a deposit and then letting my daughter trade in her car.

Her car, a Lincoln LS gave problems within about an hour after driving it off of the lot. It was jerking real bad and continued to get worse and there was a dinging sound (warning tone we assume) that continued when driving. We called the very next morning and was told to take it to his mechanic. We told the mechanic that the brakes needed fixed, and something needed to be done about the dinging, another noise (sounded like engine) and the jerking. Mechanic said the next day everything that he did and that it was ready. She picked it up and within 2 blocks the jerking continued but because they had a big party planned, the mechanic assured her it was ok to drive and bring it back the next day. So she drove awhile longer. Then the check engine light came on...called mechanic - said to keep driving it was ok. Then engine light was flashing...called mechanic said ok to keep driving and bring back tomorrow. Also, the mileage on the car disappeared after they worked on it.

The next thing we new we were stuck in a parking garage and would not start. Back at mechanic now and he said some oil was leaking into a spark plug and they changed gaskets, etc. wants my daughter to test drive tomorrow. She doesn't even want to accept the car back - is asking for her money back - we beleive that the check engine light had beenr reset long enough to sell the car and not sure mileage is even correct and this is day 4 after purchase with all of these problems. The other excuse they are using is bad gas.

I bought a 2001 Infiniti 2 weeks prior to that which, by all purposes, seemed ok, but yesterday my check engine light came on. Took it today to someone and they said the diagnostic showed that the 02 sensors are below the threshold and need replaced if the light came back on which of course it did within an hour. Again......did they reset the check engine light long enough to sell the car to me? Now after only 2 weeks, I am stuck out getting it fixed.

Of course, they claim they are protected by the "as is - no warranty - no refund" clause, but we are going to fight them through whatever means we can, lawyers, BBB, FTC. This is ridiculouis

BUYERS BE WARE.

It is almost impossible to satisfy some customers considering running a business for 21 years counting and having to deal with one of my customers who opted to be negative. We took the Lincoln into service at no cost to the customer and allowed them to loan the traded car while the Lincoln was been repaired even though the car was sold "As Is, No Warranty". They picked up the Lincoln after repair was completed but failed to return the 2001 Toyota Celica back to our dealership which according to the State was considered stolen up to date and no where to be found. We choose not to press charges against them hoping they will be kind enough to return our vehicle as promised. We are very Reliable dealership in Dallas and our 21 years in business speaks for itself. We are here for the customers and not against them, but some people cannot be pleased in respective of how hard you tried. We appreciate our customers business and will continue to do so when given the opportunity. Thanks again for reading.
