2pm saturday 2/27/2010 no answer service to tell hours

I took my clothes on Wed, P/U on Thurs and when I got home I realized my pants were burnt and two of my shirts were too, I called and spoke to Chung (who didnt speak a lick of english) and got no where over the phone, I went back to the store and was promised a called first thing in the morning from the manager and my clothes would be ready by 1:00 pm Friday. I waited until 12:00 and never got a phone call, I called and asked to speak to the mananger but was told she was not in I spoke to the woman over the phone and once I started to tell her about the situation she got an attitude and said my clothes was like that when I brought it in! I took pictures of my clothes before it was taken to the cleaners and once the woman was confronted with that information she got mad and said I was the worst customer she ever had and wanted to meet me in person! I went to the store and turns out the person I was talking to on the phone was the MANAGER, she was very rude and stated they just cleaned dirty clothes and they were not magicians she didnt do anything for my ruined clothes and just gave me a headache trying to understand her broken english!!!

I do not recommend this location, save your money and go some where else!!
