Provided by YP.comTheir chocolates are good, but not enough to make up for their poor business management. I was never credited when my event was cancelled over a year ago. I had paid for the room, food and had additional credit. I have called repeatedly and keep being informed management is not there (between the hours of noon-5:00 pm throughout the week.) or that I need to speak to "fill in with a different name each call" for the past month and a half. I have never had a problem getting a refund anywhere else. Do NOT schedule your events here. I still haven't even received the picture of my daughter with Santa there after giving my information repeatedly!
