I bought a bundle package of cable and phone for my business when they came out to install the phone they disconnected my ATT DSL service then the phone lines didn't work after three days and seven service calls had to have ATT comeback and hook me back up fixed everything in one hour. Called Charter to cancel service and they are going to hold me to the internet side of the contract for 2 years even when they couldn't make the phones work. Unbelievable
