I am currently transitioning from relaxed to natural and needed my ends trimmed and was recommended to this salon as I am new in town. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE! First off, everyone is very loud, lots of gossiping and very disorganized. I walk in, and there's a little counter like there should be a receptionist. No one greets you! I sat in a corner for an hour before someone acknowledged me (I was told to just come and walk-in by the lady who would do my hair). I asked for a wash, trim, and my rodded. Instead she says " how about I flat iron it an make it straight to see what I'm working with". I said no b/c I don't like heat or my hair straight, but coalesced b/c I was new here. She washed my hair with some junk I could buy at Walmart then proceeded to comb my hair with a skinny comb. I could here my hair breaking! I spoke up and said no heat, just give me flat twists instead and I'll take them out later. She STILL insisted on flat ironing my hair before putting flat twist in my hair. They look like a 5year old put them in! No gel! No nothing but wet hair with some setting lotion. And on top of that, she charged me $10 extra for doing the twist so my total was $65!!!!! WTF?? Very poor service, bad products, bad environment. Everyone was cursing and being way too loud. And she didn't listen to anything I wanted to do with my hair. Did I mention that I did not get a hair trim??? Waste of money and time. I only stayed b/c she was talking about how hard she's having it to her daughter (right in front of me). 10 thumbs down. I am angry and feel taken advantage of. Hopefully my money helps though o_O

This a very professional salon. I moved to Texas almost a year ago and was having trouble finding good hair stylists. I love their work!!! Many great stylist to choose from!
