This is not the place to be buying a car! They put me into a car that had not even been inspected it was fresh from the auction! I never test drove it, it was jacked up and being worked on by the mechanic at the time of viewing. It was suppose to be having a compressor for the AC replaced I never even got to actually take the car home until a whole week. They will put you in anything to get your money! The car broke down and wouldn't start after two days of having it, they had to replace some battery wires (so they claimed)! After having the car for just about a month the AC compressor locked up and the AC shut off on me in the middle of the summer! Turns out thy never even replace the compressor in the first place! They attempted to repair it after constantly having my finance company call them and me going to them over a period of about a week or two then finally the took the car once I had driven it so long with a locked compressor that it was unable to drive any further. They claimed to replace my AC compressor, AC belt and hose but the next day they gave me the car back the AC system shut off again!!! They will ignore your calls, lie to you and your finance company! They have made FAKE drivers license for people and sent them to finance companies to have them finance cars! They will lie to the finance company about what you put down to have them finance you! They are faulty! I also found out they disabled my check engine light in my car also after not fixing the AC problem! Just BEWARE I have fought with my finance company and this dealer for a whole month and they still have not done their part! Don't get stuck with a outdated car, no warranty faulty dealer and finance company, high interest rate and just a crappy car on your credit! DONT GET A CAR HERE THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!

Was really concerned about some of the comments but really wanted a car they had. So took my Dad with me to check out the car and he thought it was good so I bought it. They gave me the carfax and told me about warranties which I bought. About 3 weeks after I bought it the car had a problem and took to a VW dealer and they fixed the problem and it was mostly covered with the warranty. So it has already paid for itself.My opinion about CGM Auto Group is good. This is the second used car I've bought and trust me, this one was so much better than the last. I'd refer people to them. For the money they have good cars. I'm sure some are better than others, just gotta know what you're buying.
