If you purchase items from this company don't plan on being able to return anything. I was advised that an item ($7.00) could not be returned due to the fact it had physical damage. I have spent thousands with this company this year and patiently advised them that I simply wanted to exchange the part and that it was received that way. I just received it the day before. They representative stated that they inspect each piece before shipping and they would have noticed an issue and therefore it could not be replaced. I tried to explain that certainly someone could have overlooked a small crack...but he continued to insist that this would not be the case. I again, advised that I had done a great deal of business with his company and simply wanted to exchange a small part, I did not want any type of refund and I would ship it back at my expense. Again, I was told no and that they inspect all of the items and would not overlook anything and this was their policy. I have several vendors that I receive these parts from and this is the first time this has happened, all of the other similar vendors have warrantied their parts with no question. So I tried advising the representative about good business practices and as a business person myself there was give and take. But once again....you know the answer. Lastly, I kindly advised that if this was their business practice then I would no longer do business with their company and the only response was "...that is your decision".

Please make sure you are very aware of their policies before ordering and know what you are getting into. It is a shame that they do not value their customers more and I wanted to make others fully aware of their service practices.
