Well the first problem we had ...

Well the first problem we had was it took over an hour to get a working keep which meant we wasted an hour of moving time which we still had to pay to the moving company.



The second problem was that they were really pushy and that we could not even move in unless we paid for the first month rent which I understand but we already paid them a deposit and signed a lease so they would have been paid.



Third problem was the pet deposit. They told us we could pay the pet deposit in payments and we did not have to pay it all at once. Once we moved in though they totally changed their story and told us we would have to pay the deposit. Seems to me they were trying to pull the bait and switch on us and they would tell us whatever they could to get us sign a lease and move in.



The fourth problem was how pushy they were to get the inspection paperwork done the day when we moved in which I do not understand why it was so important to get it done that day especially since they made wait an hour to get a working key so we could inspect the place.
