Not at all pleased with Car Guyz. I don’t know who these “likeable” people are but they all sound like family and/or friends to me. First off, they talked me out of using my insurance company who would’ve insured I received quality parts and quality service. Then they overcharged me for 3rd world country generic parts that fell out of my car the next day! Which put the labor at about $400 for 1 hr of work! They also promised to email me an itemized bill – that never came! They also promised to fix what they didn’t fix right the first time. In the mean-time, they told me to “zip-tie it back together until they can fix it right” – never got the call! You have to call them constantly (see other bad review) because they will NEVER call you! $500 zip-tie repair is holding so far.

I scratched the driver side of my vehicle against a pillar, which damaged the majority of the molding, some paint and some of my wheel and door handle. I took it to Car Guyz and received great service and advice for going forward about fixing the damage to my car. Ben, the owner gradually walked me through the process and how long it would take to fix the damages. I took my car for multiple car estimates from mom and pop repair shops to established dealerships and all quote the damage higher than I was willing and wanted to pay. When I talked to Ben he showed me what needed to be replaced and when I could expect the damages to be repaired. There was no over selling of his services, just plain spoken and right to the point. I was a bit nervous and weary of the shop because it seemed to good to be true and it is a smaller shop, but after speaking to Ben he eased my worries. The estimate he quoted to me was exact and with what my insurance company suggested and I only had to spend HALF my deductible!!! It was repaired in greater time than I expected and all that was wrong with my car from the damages was right. They did an excellent job on my car. I highly recommend Car Guyz to ANY AND EVERYONE! And if I ever run into problems again in the future I will use their services again. Please give them a chance, you won't regret it.

no complaints, nice shop and my car came out very nice overall. they were a bit busy so it took a week to get my car back but i was expecting something like that considering the damage, I would recommend these guys

I used Carguyz back in 02/2013 when I got into a fender bender. I wasn't sure if they could absorb ANY of the deductible because the damage wasn't really all that bad, but to my surprise they did!!!! And I didn't have to spend any money getting my car fixed. They did a decent job too, so I will recommend them to anyone looking for collision repair. In fact, my fiance is taking her car to them for an estimate this month so I'm hoping they make me look good! LOL! Great group of guys...THEY ARE NOW MY FIRST CHOICE! NO LIE!

Long story short, this is the best repair shop I have ever used! They don't give you the run around and are upfront about anything and everything they do. They waived even covered my deductible. Felt extremely pleased with the outcome! Will be bringing my car back for any other repairs in the future!

I took my 09 G37 in after a drunk guy hit me running a red light. My front end was very badly damaged. I talked to the owner Ben he told me they can fix it like nothing ever happened. Got my car 2 weeks later and it looked better then ever. They also waived my $500 deductible which really helped me out. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family.

They have taken care of my baby very well. And now I am very happy to see my car back. They have done excellent job in fixing things. They are experts.I moved from Ohio to Irving,Texas as a part of that I moved my car using one of the famous branded transport company. My car move was bad,my car transporter damaged my vehicle and he doesn't want to use his insurance.Instead he is ok to pay from his pocket. As a part of it he asked me to submit some quotes and I have gone to each and every branded bodyshops and my transporter is not happy with the quotes as he is paying from his pocket finally I came to know about Car Guyz I'll say they are the best in the body shop works. They also Restored my headlights with out telling me for free and filled some hard rock chip touch up for free.I felt very happy for the service which they have given. I would definitely recommend Car Guyz to the people who are in trouble.

My and wife car got pounded in a hail storm and car guys did a great job fixing both cars. The we guys are professionals and they seem great at what they do. Overall I was very impressed with the finished product even though the turnaround time was a bit slow due to the amount of cars in for repair from the same hail storm. I recommend car guys to anyone

Went to Ross, came out, and SOMBODY HIT MY CAR, and was GONE! Insurance company said $6000.000! I just had major surgury and didnt have the $750.00 deductible on hand.....Ben and his Car Guyz paid my deductible, and made my car look BRAND NEW!....I must admit, I was scared to trust them, but after iI talked to them...They made me feel so much better about my situation and I will RECOMEND them TO EVERYONE!!! My friend told me about this shop that fixed her car a few months ago and they definitely took care of me too. My car was involved in a hit and run accident outside of my boyfriends house and i drove with the damage for a while because I did not have all the money for the stupid 500 deductible, when my best friend told me about car guys fixing her car without charging her a deductible i jumped on it and had them fix my car. they charged me only 100 bucks of my deductible and they even fixed a big scratch on my front bumper without even asking them too. I cant say enough about ben and his team at car guys, they were soo nice and my car came out even better than before it was hit. A BREATH OF FRESH AIR, THANKS CAR GUYS

I had my daughters 08 BMW 328i fixed by carguys after she got into a accident this past spring , they waived my 500 deductible which I didn't even know was a option until i heard about these people from a friend that here car fixed here last year. overall a great experience from start to finish, took a bit longer than was expected at first but we were extremely pleased with the overall outcome of the repairs. I recommend this people to anybody looking for auto repair
