Do not use this company. I called to see about having something moved and to set them up as a vendor for my company. My business was turned away because QUOTE "He got a bad vibe and because I requested their insurance information and W-9" In which I required so I could set them up as a vendor for my company.

Also, he thought it was odd that I work from home.



I can not state any facts on how well they perform but customer service wise they fall short.



P.S. If anyone from the company reads this. If you decide to decline business in the future, use some tact. Don't flat out say that someone seems shady and you get a bad vibe. just say you don't have anything available or something not related to your perception of someone you have only spoken to over the phone for 5-10 minutes.



For everyone else, they told me to call Primo Courier. Which I did & they just picked up 1/2 way through writing this review. Clean cut guy, well spoken picked up the equipment i needed shipped.
