Avoid avoid avoid. Oh boy, where do I even start... I took my car to Caliber to have them repair some dents and scratches done by the last bad storm we had last month. The rep. that was to take care of me (past tense, he is no longer there) kept on telling me the car was going to be ready "tomorrow" and the next day and next week. A job that should of been done in a week a half, took almost 3 and 1/2 instead. When I finally went to pick up the car I noticed scratches on the fender, parts were missing and broken from inside the car and outside the car. I immediately went back into the shop to notify the adviser so they could order the new parts and take care of the scratches. Another week went by and I noticed that one of the dents on top of the roof, a bolt from the replaced bumper was missing and the tail light that was replaced was not put back on properly. So I went back to the shop one more time to notify them about the issues. When I got to the shop I was told that the adviser that had "taken" care of my car was no longer working for them, so I asked to talk to a manager (Ms. Smith), Mr. Smith apologized about all the issues and ordered the broken parts that were already supposed to be on their way a week ago when I had originally notified the adviser about them. Mr. Smith never got me a date on when they were going to get my car in to fix the dent on top of my car's roof (but he was quick to call my insurance to make sure it was pre-approved and paid by them instead). Mr. Smith later sent me an email stating the parts were going to take another 3 weeks to arrive and still did not address the date to get my car fixed properly. I contacted my insurance company, told them I was done dealing with Caliber collision and demanded to get my deductible back from the shop.
