We read the reviews on the truck service so we thought the sit down location at 15th St in Plano would be great. Instead we found flourescent lights, flat soft drinks in foam cups, and an unfriendly staff that ask for a tip up front when you pay for your overpriced order. They brought our dishes to the table one at a time ten minutes apart. A little kid at another table noticed he was eating an unexpected order of fried crawfish tails instead of fried shrimp and his annoyed dad promptly brought it back to the counter and explained what it was. After a few minutes of pathetic confusion on the part of the staff (there were only two tables with customers for goodness sakes!) I helped them by pointing out it was us who ordered the crawfish and their classy solution was to plop the partially eaten order down for us to savor. I thought maybe I was on some sort of Gordon Ramsey candid camera show and at any moment he would come and save the day but no such luck. After watching our son eat u
