NIce guy. Low price. While moving cuttings from the downed tree to the alley for the City to pick up, found the trunk pieces too large for me. Wanted him to return to trim down pieces to manageable sizes (as he initially promised to do.) Never returned my voicemail messages, nor my email request. Also, gave him my nearby relative's address who needed work, and he said he would go by the next day. My relative never saw him. Two stars b/c he was a friendly guy, and for his low price. Suggest you make sure all the pieces are cut down (if you dont have him do your hauling, (for a higher fee.)) I tipped him 10%; guess he didnt appreciate that.
