This company has helped me with my appliances over the last 15 years and I have never had an issue. They are there when they tell you they would be and go the extra mile to make your experience valued. I moved to central TX and I called then for a referral and to my surprise they had a guy that comes to my area. These guys are the best and I would not ever worry them up-selling me stuff I don't need.

Really bad experience from sta...

Really bad experience from start to finish -- came to my house for Thermador cooktop repair. After looking at the cooktop for 5 minutes, technician said he identified the problem, charged me $100 or so and left to get parts. After several days and several phone calls later with no response, he finally called back and said those parts were no longer available. Dismayed by the service I had received and the complete waste of my money, I called and spoke to the owner who was disinterested and unapologetic Sometime later, I got on Thermador.com and ordered the parts myself for $14!!! Had them installed by another company.

My main concern here is the perception of apathy and disinterest ,not many company's at all have existed for 54 years ,and that's not accomplished with out concern for our clientele .I understand the frustration ,in this case the certified parts distributor researched the part needed and responded with a status of NLA (No longer available ) and our contacts at Thermador confirmed the same response .How this occurred will be discovered and I assure you we apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to the opportunity to rectify the matter .
