tested code said cat converter wasn't bad. the cat was clogged, caused serious engine damage to my 03 tundra, ruined my motor, they cost me time & money, truck was worth 10k now 5k thanks retards.

I went in for 2 used tires and they told me that one stud needed to be cut off because the lug nut would not come off. I have directional tires and they put one on with the arrow pointing the wrong way, they totally ruined one rim, it has a huge black burnt spot on it. They were only suppose to work on the passenger side but they changed all my lug nuts except for one wheel but then threw away my "key" that unlocks those lug nuts, so now I have locking lug nuts on one tire that I don't have a key for and the other three have different locking lug nuts and the key they gave me is broken and will not unlock the lug nuts. They cussed me out when I demanded they change the tire and lug nuts. Then they called the police so we would leave. I have taken my car to two other places and they looked at it and wouldn't even touch it it was so bad. Now I am calling Saul Garza with Fox 4 News to see if he can help!
