I've been doing business with the Browns for 30+ years and I would not step foot in any of the other so called "shops" that are listed at the top of this list. When it comes to service, knowlege, and honesty (Not some bar that sells motorcycle and parts) there is not a shop in the country that can compete. (Sorry really didn't mean to rant) What bothers me about seeing this particular "Ranking" is the fact that no other loyal customers have spoken up for Brown's. I know every true biker in the North Texas area knows all about Brown's....

The only place i go! They have a great staff and know Harleys. They call you when something unexpected comes up. No suprises. They give you the choice whether to repair or not.Some shops "run up the bill", not these guys.
