This "company" towed my girlfriend's vehicle from our apartment, despite the parking sticker being clearly visible. After speaking with a woman from Black Bull over the phone, she claimed that the pictures taken by the tow truck driver show no sticker. So, after arriving, we are surprised to see that the front door to their place of business is locked, with a piece of paper taped to it, with a number written in marker (yes, seriously) to call. After calling the number, we are told that we are third in line to get our vehicle. Exactly two hours later, we finally receive a call saying it is our turn. The woman we spoke to through two-way glass was rude, and unwavering as to why she couldn't release the vehicle without us paying, despite the parking sticker being clearly visible. Quite honestly, this entire experience felt nothing short of illegal. This is the worst company I have ever encountered in my life (and I've dealt with two other towing companies in the Dallas area -- NOTHING compared to this). Beware!

I am a legal international visitor from Mexico. I was visiting Cecilia Garcia at Spanish Brook Apt. at 11511 Ferguson Rd. Dallas, TX. 75228. Miss Garcia obtained permission for me to park my automobile until midnight on November 26. Black Bull Towing picked up my auto around 11:20 pm. My auto had the permission document showing on dashboard. When I was leaving at 11:30pm my automobile Suzuki Scross 2016. I was told it had been towed by Black Bull Towing. I called at 11:30pm and they said they could not speak Spanish. Miss Garcia called them back at 11:35pm and a woman told her that they had my car since 11:30pm. I asked why they had picked it up, and they said we were not parked at a visitors parking. We asked what we needed to get my automobile and she said the insurance papers which we sent by e-mail. She said I needed an ID. I replied I had my Mexican ID, she said it was OK. We went to the address given and when we arrived and I showed her my ID, she said that was no good, that I would have to show her Registration papers from Dallas. I did not have those papers, because I live in Mexico and was only here for Thanksgiving with my family. She was very rude to me and my family, she made me feed discriminated. She wanted to see my passport, and I told her it was inside my car. She replied she would not let me have my car until 8:00 am. I insisted and replied why was she treating me in the manner when I was a tourist and had previous permission to park my car there. We left, and returned the next morning at around 10:30 am. A man was in the office and I explained what had happened the previous night, and that they would not let me get my passport. He told me to go get my passport. He said that my auto was picked up at 1:00 am. I said that was false, so he said I could go to Court and Sue him. I had to pay $ 164..30 for the return of my auto. I had to sign some papers as well. I feel that what they did was robbery. I felt totally discriminated

These guys are money hungry animals they stole my wife's car last night nd told us our temporary visitor past was out..... We never owned a temporary visitors past nd we were parked in the visitors parking I wouldn't recommend them to tow dead dogs bs ass company!!!!!!

It says this business is closed but they are operating out of sure storage on Halifax Drive. I know this because they stole my truck last night! I would let these guys haul a go-cart!
