I just picked up my Westie, Doogie, after taking him to Billi Bonze for the first time. What a difference this place made in him! He's always very stressed about going to the groomer, but he seemed much more calm when I picked him up today. The cut was perfect! I always nitpick, but this is flawless. Everyone was courteous and listened to what I had to say about his special needs. A little pricier than where I was taking him, but sooooo worth it! Definitely going here from now on.
