Service terrible..place stink ..there is no lobby or breakfast..and with all the prostitutes around..you would feel is a prostitution place.. i do not advise to make any contract agreements with them because this is what happened with us, we had sign an agreement with them to stay a week for $ 40 per day, and when we discovered all of that we got angry and fear of our kids from the stench. So we decided to leave so we asked about the four days left amount, but the Indian woman who works there did not accept to pay us back the different and our voice raise..she said yeh lying there is not any agreement ..then we went out and called the police when the officer arrived she turned upside down..but still no money.. bc there are cheap and their policy is you won't see your money again!!

For anyone who values their safety, the safety of their belongings, and the cleanliness of the facility they choose to stay in, we highly recommend that you do NOT choose this place. My fiancé and I had a lapse during which we were waiting for our rental property to be ready to move into; in order to save money, we chose the least expensive place we could find that we felt was in a somewhat safe & reputable part of town. In fact, there are several chain hotels that are much higher priced (3 & 4 star) all around this place. The first night we noticed that there was a lot of activity in the parking lot, so we started watching what was going on; turns out, this hotel caters almost exclusively to prostitutes, their pimps, and their clients. Every night that we were there the activity continued, escalating over the weekend. In addition, unbelievably, the police were there at least once, usually more than once, every night; however, no one that we saw was cited, warned, arrested, or otherwise. There was one night when one of the “resident pimps” (or one of his entourage) had gone down & got into a car to leave; but, before he got out of the parking lot, he sat in the parking lot and “peeled out” on his tires until the entire parking lot, breezeways, etc. were filled with so much smoke you couldn’t see or breathe. The night manager sat there and witnessed the entire thing, but did nothing at all about it; he did not talk to them, reprimand them, or call the police…just nothing. The last night we were there, we came back early in the evening to see that the activities had already started; while we were trying to gather our things and get ourselves to our room, a police car cruised through the parking lot; instead of looking at the girls & their pimps (one of which was taking a “client” up to a room), the police officer on the passenger side was “eyeballing” us, as if we had done something wrong. Then, when we walked behind the car as it was pulling through, the driver was “looking hard” at my fiancé. It became pretty obvious that they were “checking us out” because the KNEW we did not belong; that we were not part of the normal “crew” they were accustomed to seeing on site. During the night we were awakened by the “resident pimp” and a rival arguing in the breezeway right next to our door; after a while, I called 911 & was told a unit was on the way. We never saw a unit, though we were watching for them, but after a little while things settled down, so we tried to get ourselves settled back to bed. But then, shortly after, the arguing started again, at which time, I called 911 again, as it was louder and even closer to our room. The operator told me they had been out & manager had told them everything was fine; supposedly, they sent for another unit to come out, yet, still we never saw one. I am of the opinion that, not only is the management here covering for the prostitution and drug ring (it is obvious what is going on), but maybe the officers on patrol in that area are “on the take” as well.
