I'm rating 4 since the service wasn't so good. Loved their pizza though very much!

Allow me to start by saying that, I have never written a restaurant review, or any review for that matter. My wife loves Besa's. She's eaten at the Beltline Preston location off and on for a while now. Long story short, they delivered my pizza folded in half. I called back, and asked for a manager. When I explained the situation, I was told that's what they always do. If a customer orders a medium they give the next size up at no extra charge. All of their customers love it, and they've never received a complaint. I found that hard to believe. If you're gonna give someone a larger pizza, wouldn't you give it in a larger box? I assume someone made the order wrong and smushed the pizza into a smaller box to cover up what would have been a simple mistake. Instead of admitting that someone made a mistake, the manager tells me "You got a bigger pizza than you paid for. You should be happy, instead you complain." When I ask him to send the driver back, he tells me I'm going to be added to the No-Service list. Now I know Besa's is an institution as you've probably read in the other reviews, (though I think that has more to do with their BYOB policy than anything else), but this was my experience. It will be my last.
