They give a time frame to deliver and make you waste a whole day, waiting for delivery. The owner will argue, scream, and cuss at you on the phone. Stay away from dirty people!

Don't wast your time and money with this store.

They haven't quality! Actually they have worst qualify that I had see.



Also they no reply the claim neither emails.



Certainly for this reason they do not return your money or accepts returns.



I'm having to seek the court to have my rights guaranteed.



I bought two sets, and after the first one, were three returns for exchange. The second set after they also came with defects, even the Jessica returned my emails.



terrible attendance. poor quality, bad finish.



Believe me! Stay away from this store.

This was our 4th time visiting Bella Furniture and we are happy knowing we were greeted as soon as we stepped inside the store. Sure, they were inconsistent before but now it seems things are turning around for them. The prices are extremely competitive and customer service the past two times was outstanding. There was someone constantly cleaning and wiping down glass and furniture for the 30 minutes we were there. I found a great dining table and sofa set and even got everything on credit through Crest. We plan to pay it off as soon as we get our income tax next month so we don't have to pay the high interest.

Cheats...cheats...cheats!!! These are the worst people to buy any product if you need to use warranty/repair. I bought my sofa in ~Feb 2015. The quality was pathetic and a piece of wood and iron wire poked out from behind. It took weeks to convince them that they need to come and fix it. Finally, they came and picked the sofa for repair in ~April 2015. Then they forgot, it took them 1 month to get it delivered back to me in worse condition and legs missing. The driver who delivered asked us to call office the same day and the office said they will pick it up again in few days. Now, office is not responding and everyone in office including the owner is rude and pathetic. I would rather pay $100 extra and buy from NFM. These guys are cheats and do not care about customer service. Now I am left with a more damaged sofa without legs

Extremely poor customer service. I bought Dinner table set and had issues with one of the leg of the table from Day One. I called them 4-5 times with Invoice number & texted them pics .. but all I was told every time I followed up that Owner shall get back to me. Tried following up 3-4 times.. no response what so ever.. Experience was so Frustrating !!!
