Stay away!! The first visit I had with Dr Franko the office wanted to charge me 200.00 for the office visit. i have insurance as well as a flex spendind account that my company contributes to. So, i never pay anything because the flex spending account covers the leftover amount. And my insurance takes care of this whole process. I went ahead i paid half of what I was told (100.00). I should have just refused. Anyway now I haveva 100.00 credit with Dr Frankos office and I've requested for a refund over a month ago and was told , "no problem. we'll issue you a check and you'll recieve it in about a month". Well it's been over a month and still no refund. So, I go back for a second visit with Dr Franko and upon checkout I inquired about my refund. I proceed to find out it wasnt even processed. They still have me down as a credit. The checkout clerk asked if i wanted to apply it towards this visit? I replied, "no. because my insurance and flex account takes care of whole amount". They had a lady from billing come up and give me an excuse as to why it wasn't refunded (and this is the same lady that told me over a month ago that she would send me my refund). She told me my credit wasn't refunded because I had an upcoming office visit scheduled. And that after the insurance processes the claim for this visit (that current day) to give her a call back and she would then refund my money. Why tell me you're going to refund it and then don't because I have an upcoming appointment scheduled? It's not like they can't see my appointments. She should have just told me ths from the beginning. They asked if I wanted to schedule another appointment? Uh.....NO! Because what you just explained to me is I'll never get my money back from ya'll if I have an upcoming appointment scheduled. I replied, (I will not be making ANY further appointments with this office!). I proceeded to explain why.



1. Ya'll tried to charge me 200.00 for the office visit when you only submitted to my insurance for 145.00 for the visit (my insurance even asked my they attempted to charge me more for the visit than they charged the insurance).

2. Ya'll fed me some BS about why my refund wasn't proessed.

3. Dr Franko really isn't that great. The man came in to the exam room asking why I was there. I explained it's the same issue (fissure). He actually made a little face lik....oh brother (kinda hard to explain). In my head i thought...uh...what the hell was that about? Mind you, this is only my second time to see him. After the exam he never said a thank you or anything. He just told the lady to call my new medicine in to te pharmacy and walked off.



So, save yourself the extra headaches and avoid this offce. They will overcharge you for visits and try to keep your money. And the staff as no clue. Ontop of it all the doctor is not that caring.
