I have been going to Bambi's (on Falls) for a couple of years now and I've never been so disappointed. Three days ago I went in to get some high lights done and the lady that attended me is named "Leo". This lady applied bleach twice, which burnt all my hair. When she washed it, CHUNKS of hair fell out. So now I only have high lights at the top, none at the bottom and my ends all look very damaged, dried out, and ugly. I even payed $200. A lady came a little bit after me and she also got highlights + a haircut for her son and her total was $150. WTF?! This was a huge mistake. I hope no one goes through this because it is very sad. I am never going back to that salon again.
