Horrible customer service. The reviews below must be fake because if you read reviews on google and yelp, you will find a theme of rude and non-existent customer service. Also very odd that they were all added in June, 2008. Cannot even believe this store is still in business. Maybe it was taken over by a new owner. I walked in to buy gifts and the sales staff looked right at me and didn't say a word. Never offered assistance and finally I left and bought gifts elsewhere. Will never go back and will certainly never recommend the store to anyone I know.

The best!! Didn't know this store had so much product. It's huge. We ended up signing up for our registry at the Snider Plaza store. Couldn't beleive the actual owner was there and knew what she was talking about. All the other stores seemed self-service. Got to go to this store if you have one on the way. Very freindly service as well.
