I dropped off my kids BRAND NEW carry-on luggage to have wheels replaced to light up. Came back to pick up my luggage and the gloss and front part of luggage was scratched and scuffed. Their work place is FILTHY. I could see why my luggage was damage. The owner lacked responsibility for the care of the luggage while in his possession and would not give a discount for the scratches and scuffs occurred in his shop, he just said, "GET OUT AND NEVER COME BACK".
