Horrible apartment complex. The manager and owner pockets the money for himself.. No Upkeep done. A health hazard with more trash out of the bin then in. Raccoons love it. I was charged for cleaning of a carpet that was stained when I moved in. Roaches come frequently. I found I could do maintenance work better than maintenance could. Oven is unusable. Dishwasher had floating vegetables with roaches inside when I moved in. Many things came apart. Was stuck for 2 and a half days without a/c on a hot weekend. No emergency maintainence.
