The service department is absolutely wonderful. They pay attention. They are also courteous, accommodating, friendly and they remember your name! Also, the work that is done is exemplary. They techs have done everything asked the first time around and to 100% satisfaction.

Sidney Stephens was great. She provided me with an accurate estimate before the vehicle was even looked at. She called and provided all the details regarding the service I requested. Jordan was also very informative and helpful during my maintenance. I am now a loyal customer and will continue to return for service. Once it is time to purchase again I will strongly consider University Audi again. I had an over all positive experience. The entire service team was great. I would like to say that I especially appreciate Vic for his knowledge of what was going on with my vehicle and his willingness to work with my schedule. All in all this is just a great team to work with.

Very happy with my service from University Park Audi. Upon reviewing these terrible comments that others have posted I decided it would be appropriate to share one from a totally different perspective. I bought a 2010 S5 from them and as long as they keep doing what they doing I will be back and also continue to tell others about their great service. Keep up the good work guys.
