I have shopped at this new store twice since it opened and have been very pleased with the customer service. The staff was eager to help me find the items I came in looking for and helped me order the things they didn't have. The ladies in the fitting room checked on me several times. I love this store and can't wait to go back!

I just left the store with a cute bathing suit. The customer service however, was terrible. No one offered to help and I had to get completely dressed to grab a different size. Even at the checkout counter, my items were passed between 3 people before someone checked me out. Only a few customers were in the store, while 4 women were working.

this store just opened and I was excited to visit. The worst customer service. Must have been 6 people there and no one offered to assist me. When I walked up to pay at the counter, one girl looked at another and said " I'm doing something important, can you check her out". Wait - you're a retail clothing store - what could possibly be more important than making sure I'm happy and checking me out quickly and efficiently. The staff needs some serious training.
