NEGATIVE 5 STARS OR WORSE!! Due to a judges legally binding decision, I cannot discuss the details of our horribly frustrating and costly experience with Around the Clock Restoration. That we and other home-owners in our neighborhood ultimately had to go to court and fight against this so-called "professional company" should tell anyone thinking about seeking their services to be well-advised and look elsewhere to more reputable companies offering water-damage remediation. They ARE "professionals" in one sense...professional vultures, liars, and rip-off artists...the owner even bragged in court of his previous settlement "victories" over other past unsuspecting clients who have fell victim to his "business" practices! Little of what they advertise on their website is true, so be advised to BEWARE and steer clear of Around the Clock Restoration. s/ Disgusted in Austin

Run!!!!!!! The owner threatens all sorts of crazy things. He's running a deceptive, misleading business by not providing estimates in writing. It's all VERBAL, and he denies his VERBAL estimate later so he can soak the client for insurance.

I wish I had read this review. This man has been rude and hateful. I experienced the same actions as marc. Within a week of receiving payment from insurance company he called me with the same threats trying to bully me. He is a mean heartless individual. I was uncomfortable from the the start as he was trying to fast talk me. I should have went with my first mind and said no thank you I'll get someone else.

Please do not agree to allow them to do any work, before they have provided a written estimate. The owner claimed that he would work directly with the insurance company for the claim. He did not call or work with the insurance company at all. To add to that, he resorted to threatening legal action, lien on my house, and even jail (i know, ridiculous) for payment, about 4 weeks after the job had started and before the insurance company even processed the claim. I for the life of me know how this maintains it's BBB status or stay in business.
