I was right in the middle of doing laundry when I hear a loud banging coming from the kitchen. I went running into the kitchen, and that is when I realized it was coming from the laundry room adjacent to the kitchen. When I walked in I was shocked to see that the washing machine had crawled across the floor and was banging against the wall. It was banging so violently that it damaged my wall from the vibration. We called up Appliance repair Dallas and set up an appointment. They sent a technician out a couple of days later to look at our washing machine. He showed us where the drum inside had broken loose and was spinning off the track. He told us we would need to replace the drum. His quote was very reasonable. We had to wait three days for the parts to come in. When the parts arrived, the technician George called us up and told us he could stop by and fix our washing machine. He had our machine fixed up in about an hour. I am not real happy with our washing machine right now, but we are very pleased with the service we received from Appliance Repair Dallas. If you have an appliance you need fixed in the Dallas area, you should give them a call.

I have a Viking 36” Electric Radiant Cooktop and the other day when I went to cook breakfast I was disturbed to see two red lights on the right side of the cook top flashing. It refused to heat on the right side. The two right elements no longer seem to be operational. I am no good at fixing things so I went online and discovered Appliance Repair Dallas, it was a nice website, easy to navigate, and set up an appointment. I was surprised at how soon they scheduled my appointment for me. Usually when you try to get a repairman to fix something, you have to wait at least 8 to 10 days for an initial appointment, and then another week for them to return with parts. What a Hassle! So when their appliance technician showed up on time, just three days after I called their company. I have to say I was impressed. More impressive was his quote. His name was Steve and he really seemed to know his job. The quote seemed very fair so I told him to go ahead and order the parts. Three days later Steven was back with the parts he needed to fix up my Cook Top. The whole process took under a week, and cost about half of what I expected to spend. We purchased a Thermador Masterpiece series Vent Hood last December. I have been very happy with it. The other day the fan started cutting in and out. Then it just quit working. I was pretty surprised I have always heard good things about Thermador, and we have been really happy with the Vent Hood and The Thermador Range since we purchased them as a set. I tried to call Thermador and set up an appointment. First it took me forever to get somebody on the phone at Thermador. They told me it would be 2 to 3 weeks before they could get somebody out to my house. Then they put me on hold, and while I was on hold I got disconnected. So I called Dallas Appliance Repair. They set me up with an appointment in the next day. The technician Victor arrived on time and he was very professional. He really seemed to know his job. It only took him about 30 minutes to determine that the wiring that powered the vent hood had gotten damaged and the Thermador Vent Hood was not getting any power. He fixed the wiring and had everything up in running again. My Thermador Vent Hood was not to blame after all. Victor thought the wiring might have gotten damaged during installation. It works great now, thanks to the great people at Dallas Appliance Repair.
