The technician they sent out from Appliance & Care Experts was on time, polite, and clean.He took his time, went up on the attic to check for a broken vent. I hate when technicians or repair guys in general come to your home look around for a second and give you a quote in a second (I just don't trust that). I liked the guy, accepted the quote and they have started the work. Everything is going great, I just thought I would commend you on your professionalism.

I can't say enough about the quality in service that "Appliance & Air Care Experts" have demonstrated. I had one of the vents in my HVAC system replaced, and that was about a year ago and just recently I called them because one of the rooms in the house was not getting air. They were very kind for replacing a a thermostat which no longer was under warranty free of charge.It is hard for someone like myself who is on a fixed income to pay for "extras" that other places charge you for. Thank you once again.The room is now being properly ventilated and everything work fine now.

My mom told me to use your company and I am glad I did. Roger came out to inspect my A/C and found the vent off my water heater. I could have died. My old A/C guy was coming out for 8 years and never said anything! Your #1 fan.
