I'd cry FOWL on this place..and I have TRIED to go with an open mind each & every time.....have eaten here about 8 times..and I still can NOT get a hot English muffin..the meal warm, the muffin cold. My friend raved about the "hollandaise," which is really not real..but a mock sauce..more like butter flavored broth w/ lemon. If this is a franchise, then I am scared to try another. The omelets are very tasty and rich..but that muffin had to go back and get toasted.. One time got the oatmeal with berries..must have been prepped days before b/c the berries had bled their juices into the cereal..something that does not happen when they are fresh and added at time of the order..

SAW AN AD ABOUT THIS PLACE IN COFFEE NEWS - WHITE ROCK LAKE EDITION. GOT CURIOUS CAUSE I SAW ONE LAST MONTH WHILE ON A MOTORCYCLE TRIP TO LAFAYETTE,LA. CHECKED THEM OUT ON THEIR WEBSITE, LOOKED APPEALING, SO I TOOK THE RIDE TO CASA LINDA. BOY I'M GLAD I DID. HEY THE SERVICE WAS GOOD. NONE OF THAT SPOTTY CRAP YOU HEAR SO MUCH ABOUT. BUT YA KNOW AS WELL AS I DO THAT THE BEST SERVICE IN THE WORLD DOES'NT MAKE UP FOR YUCKY FOOD. THAT'S NOT THE CASE HERE.I HAD THEIR CLASSIC BISCUIT & GRAVY BRUNCH WHICH INCLUDED A LARGE BUTTERMILK-BISCUIT INUNDATED WITH RICH CREAMY MILK-GRAVY,2 EGG'S O/M,COUNTRY FRIES AND A SAUSAGE PATTY. THIS WAS TOPPED OFF WITH REAL QUALITY TABLES,CHAIRS, A NICE WOODEN COUNTER & OTHER NICE BRIC-A-BRAC. THE PERSONNEL HERE REALLY MADE YOU FEEL LIKE A GUEST AT A RITZY RESORT - NOT JUST A LUNCH PATRON. BUT TO ME THEIR SOUND SYSTEM ALONE WAS WORTH THE PRICE OF ADMISSION. THEY WERE OFFERING BLUES LYRIC'S SUCH AS BB KING & I THINK MARCIA BALL. NOT TOO LOUD OR SO SOFT YOUR EARS ARE STRAINING,BUT JUST A NICE COMPLEMENT TO A GREAT MEAL. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FINE DIG TO ALL MY BIKER BUD'S AS WELL AS NORMAL FOLK. ADIOUS AMIGO'S.
