Has no record of my dress being there! Never received a fine for it! Renee was extremely rude and seemed very lazy and unhelpful! They stole my never used Vera wang! DO NOT consign with them!

Normally I don't write reviews, but I just had to about this place. I sold bridesmaid dresses there this past winter. The selection of dresses is nice, and they have a lot of other things too. The place in itself can be a gold mine. That being said, the management and workers are far from exceptional. When you first come in to browse, or look for a dress, they seem kind and helpful. But once you become a customer, or let them sell your items, that helpful demeanor goes out the door. They become rude and irritable, as if you are bothering them with your questions. The employees not so much as the manager/owner. She was a real jerk. I didn't get my money on time, and every time I came in to ask a question, they acted like they could be doing something better with their time. Once you put something on consignment kiss that polite attitude goodbye. They are only interested in the money you can make them. Besides that, if you're not buying they'd rather have you out as soon as possible.

Great variety, wonderful service, and Ms. Renea goes over & beyond the call of duty to help all customers, especially brides to be!!!!

I have recently bought 2 wedding dresses for my daughters from AY and was so pleased that both my girls found exactly what they dreamed of for their BIG DAY!!.... and the prices made MY DREAM come true!! (both under $300)... Each dress was in excellent shape, both "samples" that had never been worn, and needed very little alterations....We also found some perfect shoes, rented the hoop-pettycoat for one dress, and had some alterations and pressing done by AY.... All was done in tip-top shape with great results!!.... Renee' the owner really knows her stuff and has a great store!! I will gladly refer anyone who asks me to AY to start their wedding dress search, it might be the only store they need to go to like us!!....
