My door was not opening & seemed to have no power, so I called American Service Center to have somebody come by & check out the problem. It seemed like in a matter of minutes before they arrived and the service tech was very polite & helpful. I was impressed and pleased with the result & the service that I received from American Service Center and will use them again.

I would never recommend this company for anything. Our garage door jumped the track and we called American Service Center to repair it but it has continued to jump the tack. We have had to call them several times and each time they say it is fixed but it continues to jump the track. They even charged an after hours charge for one of the calls. They have not been returning our after hours calls the last two times it happened which left our belongings in the garage open to theft.

Im sorry but this company is horrible. They are going by a bunch of different names and they switch their prices once they get to your house! Avoid this company!!

These guys do an outstanding job. It can be pricey, but the quality is excellent. We had a screw drive motor installed and it's much quieter. The serviceman was very thorough and made sure everything was satisfactory.

I had a crack in my top panel and my door wouldn't shut. I Called late morning, the technician was at my house within 2 hours, gave me an estimate and repaired it right there. Even saw some errors in the way my opener was set up which caused the crack. He repaired it all, greased the rollers, and gave me tips on prolonging the door life. It couldn' t have been more convenient and the work was top notch. The office was friendly and responsive. For any future needs, I won't call anyone else.Jason - Carrollton, TX

We had your company come out to fix our garage door on Saturday. The technician was very friendly and professional. The prices were reasonable. We definitely will call again and refer this company to friends and family.Thanks for a great experience.

I highly recommend this company! I have used them for over 10 years. Never a surprise. Request Paul he is the manager. The office girl calls to let you know when they are on the way. They always come out on the same day that I call. They check all my doors and openers free. I use a lot of service company's for different things American Service Center Knows how to take care of the customer. Ed
