Everything was great except having to wait a couple of days for the funds to be available at American Recy Banking Institution.

There is no same day turnaround at ARA. Contrary to their website's claim, I sent in some gold (1.33oz) and silver (78 oz.) by expensive ExpressMail and it was physically received 1:41pm CST (9/30/16) before the cutoff time by John Kilgore. It wasn't officially received until the following Monday (10/3) (only 70oz silver) with an expected settlement on Tuesday. I had to call in on Thursday (10/6), asking about my order. Don Kilgore stated the order was settled and that I would received money that would pay for 40 oz of silver at the price I was quoted. 40 oz out of 70 oz of sterling silver! Not much I can do about the payout. I, however, have major concerns about claiming same day turnaround and taking forever to make payment. As of Friday 10/7, never received an email with final details of order listing final weights. Still no payment and I will be forced to call on Monday requesting my items to be returned. If you claim something on your website, honor it or remove it!

My Opinion



Careful the folks at ARA are thieves,and cheats! They could easily steal from your shipment. Other review sounds fake.



They simply and brazenly just stole my diamonds and deny any and all hoping I go away.



*Please take pictures,weights,tracking+signature confirmation,and keep a detailed itemized list before shipping here,do not send diamonds especially nice diamonds what-so-ever to ARA if even doing business with ARA at all.



I understand most "gold buying" "businesses" are basically just scammers,parasites and thieves. Although I had heard good things about ARA.I send in two shipments of my gold,silver,and diamonds. ARA offers 2% below market price for gold,10% below for silver and absurdly low insult offers for diamonds. ARA stole more than a couple of princess cut diamonds from me and are hoping I go away by ignoring me.



Think twice before sending anything besides maybe gold to ARA.
