TERRIBLE! TERRIBLE!!!! My wife and I have used movers several times and by far these so called professional movers were a joke. Brought a small trailer, took 8 hours to pack up our place, and then an additional 5 hours to unpack, and it would have been longer if I hadn't told them to just leave the rest in front room. Broke a washer, couldn't move certain items, so I had to assist, scratched furniture, walls, doors, etc... The older mover brought along a child to assist, and could barely speak English. I called the corporate number to complain, and he said he would talk to the movers. He never did. When it came time to pay, said I owed $1250.00!!!!! I was shocked. Moved from an apartment (1300 sq. Ft.) to a house. I refused to pay, and finally they agreed on 750, which was way too much. DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS. NEVER!!!!

I would recommend this company to everyone. Gerald explained step by step what my move would entail. He then came to my home did a walk through and even showed me how to disassemble some of my furniture pieces prior to hiring him. On the day of the move my movers Junior, Joseph and Michael were extremely professional.

I used Alpha Moving on 7/19/11 and I must say I definitely recommend these guys. Troy and Xavier who were my movers ROCK! They were very fast and professional. The overall experience was a good one. Customer service was very helpful. At first it was difficult to get a hold of someone to confirm my move but They soon contacted me and all was well.
