Great guys here. Been looking for particular make and model, with low mileage used car for my 80 yr old mom for over 6 weeks. Couldn’t find anything in my area (Waco Tx). Did a few searches in the DFW area online. Contacted serval used car lots. Narrowed it down to 4 dealers. Contacted all of them by email with all of them replying. Most just emailed me saying “come by for a test drive”. But Joe from Alliances Automotive texted me saying he may have a car that would fit my needs and tight budget. Answered most of my questions. But most importantly if he didn’t know he didn’t pretend he did and was up front and honest about it. Even text me the car fax. Set aside a Saturday to look at all 4 cars. But only looked at 2. Joe gave me the best deal I’ve seen in the last 2 months of searching. Also went out of his way after the sale to deliver the car to my home. In all my years of buying cars. I’ve never had a dealer drive hour and half (one way) to deliver a car. Not even new car dealers. Now that’s what I call service!
