I own a business and had used them for about a year for my events; we get a lot of traffic and people were always raving about my flowers and I proudly told them where I got them. The last few arrangements were starting to look a little busy and contained some junk flowers so for my last order I asked that the revise it. When the flowers were delivered they were a mess. They had carnations and tons of fillers crammed in to the vase. It was so cluttered and crowded and just looked awful. When I called and asked them to rework it they were beyond rude. I have never received such terrible service or been treated like my business was such an inconvenience. Instead of picking up the arrangement they told me they would credit me and asked me to never come back again!!! I can t believe that they would treat a residual customer that was guaranteed business this way. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN, EVER EVER EVER!!!
To start , when it comes to my flowers, I don’t work with 3rd party members. I work directly with my clients. Second, there is more than one All Occasion Flowers in the Dallas areas; my business name is All Occasion Balloons& Flowers and so forth. I also don’t recall dealing with anyone who has complained or name Cassie M. There are business owner who are very dishonest and like to make other business look bad to bring clients to their business. I don’t recall anyone complaining about my flowers or have promise to give credit to anyone. This rating is a blunder. We are a wedding decorating company and supply all types of decoration for event. We are very proud of our flowers pieces. We specialize in wedding centerpieces, bridal bouquet and church flowers. We have been in the business for more than 6 years and up to date our clients are very satisfied with our services. We do work with all type of budget so your flowers pieces are made according with the flowers you can afford. Our prices are very competitive and our pieces are made by certified florist with years of experience. You can always call our business if you need more information. We will be glad to help you.
