DO NOT USE - HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Completely unprofessional. I got a quote from the office and when the lady turned up for cleaning she refused to do it at that price. She said she was the OWNER and thats it. She walked out of the house while my husband was talking to her. Never use this company!!

The last thing I needed when moving into a home was being ripped off by Viera at All Dallas Maids. She estimated 4 hours of cleaning for move in services which would include the norm, but a little higher in costs as it would also include wiping down window sills, cabinet interiors, fridge interior. I set Viera up and went out to run a quick errand. About an hour later, Viera called to say that she was done in which I was very surprised at. She said the home was small and she was able to work through this quickly. Said also that I would be very pleased with how clean the house is. I was picking up my daughter from the local clubhouse where she was swimming and asked if Viera could meet me there for payment. She came by, again stated that the house was sparkling clean, got paid and went on her merry way.

I arrived at the house to lock up, and noticed that there was not a fresh -just cleaned smelled - upon arrival. Upon inspecting further, nothing at all looked cleaned. When I went to wash my hands, I found that the water was not working. I then contacted Viera to inquire about the water, and she confirmed that it was not working while she was there. Turns out that the water company was transitioning from previous owner account to our account that very same day. Needless to say, that meant the tubs/ showers/ floors/ sinks and so forth were not touched by Viera at all. When I inquired about this, she merely said that she did mop the floors. How does one do that without water?

After I questioned this, and asked that she return to finish the job, I no longer received any response from Viera. A few days went by, and I texted her mobile to say that it was very unprofessional of her and how disappointed I was in the situation that occurred. She then texted me back to say that if I attempted to contact her again, she would have her attorney deal with me.

It made for a stressful situation within an already stressful one when having to move/ transition to a new home. I would not recommend alldallasmaids.com, and specifically Viera. It's not a fun place to be when you realize you've been taken advantage of.

What can I say i tried different services before . fancy cleaning services care more about apperance ,and money than for quality of work what they do , they overcharge you so much and then live house not completelly clean. 



I thoughtful all Dallas maids  is the same think but not only pricess is lot less than  other services ( other services give you an estimate low from the beginning but than they will charge twice more than estimate , because they have so many hidden fee and add ons , policy , what ever ,) , but this is not a case with all dallas maids  , I spend the same amount of  money that they quote me and also I received 10 off becuase , of  Christmas  promotion so I am very pleased .  



  My house is finally clean !  I noticed that extras were cleaned as well .  What a lovely surprise.  As soon as i walked into my home it smelled like fresh laundry and a refreshing scent  . Also there was no extra charge for their all organic supplies - wow ! Highly recommended!

I have signed up with All Dallas Maids about a year ago. My recent housekeer has relocated so I was searching for a new one. My good friend recommended her. She has been with the company for over 6 years. My house has not been cleaned for over 2 months. We 3 dogs running around and shedding my house was really in need for a good clean. Viera came out to my home and did a deep cleaning service.



When she got done the home was sparkling cleaning. It was just AMAZING! I have to say in my 20 years of having a maid service, I have never seen my home so clean. She really goes out of her way. Also I have to mention that there was not one piece of hair left anywhere.



I am so pleased with her. Love her personality and I just love the fact that I have there coming to my home and not a different person each time like the other companies do.



My family loves her. I would definitely recommend her to everyone.
