I am a resident at the Advenir @ Highland Park Apartments. When you visit the property and look at the model you will find what seems to be a very nice and enjoyable community. Just BEWARE OF THE HIDDEN COST!!! You need to plan on high utility bills and also if you are someone who gets hot easy while sleeping this is NOT the community for you!!! Due to the town home design and the lacking size of the A/C systems and horrible duct work, you will need to buy at least one and maybe two window units at your own cost just to remain comfortable in the Spring/Summer/Fall months.... As far as staff goes. Kally the leasing agent is wonderful however all Advenir Employees above her do not value the residents or the quality of life you have at this community. Don't just be a number.. Be smart and choose a place to live where you can call home and are a valued part of the community!
